Concerning the videos published by the Israeli army practicing torture against detainees
In the light of the mass aggression continued by the Israeli military and the continuous genocide in Gaza Strip, which is happening in front of the whole world under international powers support, the institutions working on detainees’ issues have watched traumatic scenes including troops from the Israeli army torturing a group of civilian citizens with degrading conditions after taking off their clothes.
This video is part of several videos of which the Israeli army tend to film Palestinian civilians after arresting them in offensive positions, while being handcuffed and blindfolded.
Detainees’ Institutions confirmed that based on the testimonies of several released detainees reflected awful details of systematic crimes. These offensive acts represented in threats of shooting them, intensive beat, harsh interrogation, threats of murder and rape, using dogs, house demolitions, using excessive force during arrest, using citizens as human shields and attacking detainees’ families and use them as hostages.
The Israeli army is practicing these crimes under the support of the international powers, with no regard to the voices of free people around the world and to those who still believe in the international norms and charters.
Our message to the free people around the world, who still believe that Palestinians have the right to practice resistance and struggle to gain their freedom: do your role to stop these crimes, which take us bake to scenes we’ve watched in Abu Ghraib and Guantanamo prisons.
