The lawyer of the Commission of Detainees Akram Samara stated yesterday, that military court of Ofar postponed the judgment in releasing the pregnant detainee Anhar Aldeek with a bail, until next Sunday 5/9/2021.

The commission said that the lawyer Samara submitted a request to release the detainee Aldeek who is suffering   from difficult detention conditions in her last weeks of pregnancy with her fetus (Alaa).

It is worthy to mention that the 26-year- old detainee Anhar Aldeek from Kofor Na’ma /Ramalla, was arrested on 8/3/2021 which marks international women’s day, while was pregnant in her 3^rd month.  She was detained and held in bad conditions without taking into consideration her health conditions. Anhar's case will be the ninth women that gives birth in prison if she wasn’t released noting that she could be in labor any moment.
