A report issued by the Commission of Detainees Affair on Tuesday, stated that the Israeli Supreme

Court postponed consideration of the petition submitted by the commission to return the corpse of the martyr Al-Saradeh, until 14/3/2018.

The Commission explained that the Israeli Prosecution has submitted an application to the Israeli Supreme Court for postponing the consideration of the petition to return the martyr's corpse. This act was to inform the families of the Israeli dead retained by Hamas Movement in Gaza to object to the request of returning the martyr's corpse.

The Israeli Supreme Court has accepted the request of the Prosecution and postponed consideration of the petition until 14/3/2018.
