The detainee Mos'ab Al-Hindi, who is on a hunger strike, is transferred to Ishel prison
The lawyer of the Commission of Detainees Affairs, Kareem Ajweh, stated today that the administration of occupation prisons have transferred the detainee Mos'ab Al-Hindi from Ashkelon prison to Ishel prison.
Ajweh stated that Al-Hindi, from Tell village near Nablus, is going on a hunger strike since 25 days protesting against his administrative detention for more than one year.
He added that the occupation authorities have issued a decision to seclude him since he announced his strike, in addition to depriving him from family visits for two months, noting that he lost 9 kg of his weight.
Ajweh pointed out that the administration of occupation prisons is pursuing many forms of abuse against detainees, especially those who conduct hunger strikes. One method of this abuse is represented in the policy of arbitrary transfer using the "Bosta" car, in order to exhaust the detainees on hunger strike.
It's worthy to mention that the detainee Al-Hindi was arrested on 15/3/2017, with three administrative detention orders issued against him, the last of which ended on 12/5/2018.
