The early release committee of the Prison Service Administration decides to release the detainee Abu Haniya

 The lawyer of the Commission of Detainees and Ex-Detainees Affairs, Ali Sa'di, stated that the early release committee of the Prison Service Administration at Megiddo prison decided to release the detainee Yahya Abu Haniya from Azzun\ Qalqylia on this Monday. The lawyer also stated that the detainee was arrested in 9/8/2017, and sentenced to 7 months of imprisonment. He was supposed to be released in 15/2/2018, but the decision of early release came to his favor, noting that the Israeli prosecution requested that the decision be postponed for a week to determine its position in case of appeal.
